I had the same problem with my ROYAL upright vacuum. They had a different style roller they sent me that eliminated the problem. A canister vacuum without a power head will also work, but it's a lot more work for you.

Wrong… You have some Concept designer who knows nothing about flight. Have you ever seen a hummingbird in the rain.. Their wings were designed to support tiny little frames very light weight. Third.. the wieght of the water, the small wings the space that much water would require inside a ball.
