Gym mats work great!!! I put gym mats on entire floor under a set of drums and it does help with reverb so Im sure it will help with happy feet

How does one become a floor installer? I am a bench joiner and I am finding it very hard to further my career at the moment. Eventually I want to become a property developer, so I want to learn how to install flooring. Any tips on how to go about this?

Do not use Mayonnaise or olive oil like a lot of people will suggest to keep your hair shiny and soft. It adds unnecessary oils and makes hair limp. Try to find a shampoo that enhances shine. Something that you get from a hair salon and not on the counter at the grocery store is better for your hair because professional shampoos have less alcohol and other ingredients that you don't want.
Try Frizz Ease Secret Weapon. It's sort of like a balm. You rub it between your hands and apply it directly to the roots first and run your fingers through your hair. It gives it a lot of shine and keeps it manageable without that dry, poofy look a lot of people get midday.

Murphys oil soap cleans just about every surface, especially wood. It's very economical because you just mix a little with water, depending on what your cleaning. I really like the smell it leaves in the house also.

This is one of those jobs that was on a very tight budget. Ripping out all the way to the door would have added about 40 square feet (because there was a closet as well) to the project, which equated to about $275 – $300 more in labor and material. We tore back to where the flooring was still servicable, re-installed with the same species and refinished. Thanks for watching!

C3DesignBuild : I was thinking the same. Besides using that kind of tool, anything pneumatic driven is well worth the expense instead of hand nailing. Less damage is incurred as well considering many DIY’ers aren’t too handy with a nail set and hammer.

Most housekeepers charge by the job based on the size of the house, number of bathrooms, etc., and have a delineated list of what is included.
But I have discovered there is a niche that no-one is really filling, which is laundry, ironing, windows, other odds and end. You might consider charging by the job for the normal stuff (general straigtening up, vacuuming, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting) and then offer additional 'by the hour' services for things like laundry, windows, ironing, etc.
