Does anyone know of a cordless upright vacuum that is safe for use on my polyurethane coated hardwood floors?

My floor refinisher recommends vacuums that have rubber wheels and that are suction only ie. with no rotating bristles. I want a simple cordless for everyday crumb pick-up. I will use a canister dirt devil for more heavy duty cleaning. Thanks!

If your floors need to be vacuumed and you also have a car and if you kids and a plumbing problem a shop vac is the best. It is a wet-dry vac and you can get any attachment for it. It works in the garage and the house.
I’m a hard wood floor installer, the best invention out there is the swifter, all my customers tell me its better then them vacuums
A swiffer is great, I agree 100%……BUT, if you want to go a step up, the Swiffer Sweep ‘n Vac is AWESOME!! It costs about $25, uses the normal swiffer cloths, is rechargable (so cordless), and has a little dust cup to vacuum up the crumbs. I’ve had mine for a couple of months now and love it! It can be found at WalMart, or any place like that! Hope this helps!
